📦 4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of order placement.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in each individual quotation or purchase order
• Standard payment terms are 50% advance and 50% before delivery unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfers, cheques, and other payment methods as mutually agreed
• Late payments may attract interest charges as per applicable laws

4.4 GST & Taxes

All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other taxes will be charged additionally as per prevailing government regulations. Clients are responsible for providing accurate GST information for proper invoicing.

🚚 5. Delivery & Shipping

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes provided at the time of order confirmation. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Delivery timelines will be specified in the purchase order or quotation
• Standard delivery within Mumbai: 2–5 business days
• Pan India delivery: 5–15 business days depending on location
• Bulk orders may require additional lead time
• Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events

Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of quotation. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain value as specified in individual agreements.

6.1 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are:

• Defective or damaged upon receipt
• Incorrect items delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Not meeting the specifications agreed upon in the purchase order

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-manufactured or specially ordered items
• Products that have been used, installed, or modified
• Products returned without original packaging
• Perishable or consumable items

6.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product and verification. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as mutually agreed upon.
